This UPS employees are the best customer services. It’s hard to find a sense of humor in such a high-stress, busy environment when people don’t necessarily know all the “rules” of returns. Tom and Lee are welcomed with a smile and a personality and do a great job!

Excellent customer service. I came to the store right as they were closing, and one of the employees who had already walked out went back inside to help get my package shipped so I wouldn’t have to come back another time.
