Unbelievably bad. Went in to get my husband's new phone activated and they charged $30. Okay, that wouldn't be too big a deal except they didn't do it right at all so we had to spend the entire next day online with Verizon to set right what "Moses" messed up. The same Moses who spent most of his time while collecting the money just looking at his personal cell phone and text messages. Go anywhere else but here.

Terrible customer service waiting 20 minutes to just get greeted and everything I tried to ask for assistance I was told to hold on and then after 20 mins was told it was gonna be 45 mins I would have to wait to ask one simple question. If you want to get the run around and terrible customer service then this is the place for you. Not even worthy of a one star review

These guys are working outside my house constantly, and whenever they do something they leave this open..it’s rained since they worked on it..it’s been 3 days now..you’d think they would close it up when done..

Poor excuse for customer service. With a few people in store 1 person behind counter and 1 manager. What kind of manager says 20mins he will text you when he is ready, instead of just helping the customer. Little too big for your birdges buddy

Brandon helped me in a nightmare situation with Verizon, and was able to verify my identity and unlock my phone number to be activated when Verizon Customer Service, Technical Support, and the Reading, MA corporate store all failed to do after literal hours spent attempting and trying over the course of 2 days. Brandon resolved the issue within minutes by simply verifying my identity using my state and federal IDs and was patient with how frustrated we were by the time he was working with us. I will still most likely be transferring service after this ordeal, but Brandon helped me at least reconsider remaining with Verizon now that I can access my own phone number and account again.

Decided to change my carrier and go with Verizon. Came to the Burlington mall and met with Jeffrey the specialist and can't say anything other than this man was amazing. Very friendly, very professional and helped get my lines situated and carried over from my existing carrier. Very little wait, and was very prompt to getting me in and out of the store with very little headache. Highly recommend coming to this Verizon store if you plan to change your carrier to Verizon.

This store is so great. Jake helped my mother and I over the holiday weekend. He was helpful and patient. We really appreciated the fact that he helped her “in store” while keeping me on his own speaker phone- as her phone was on the fritz! Great customer service. Thank you so much!!! :)

Brady was outstanding. Your "appointment system", Website, Phone support; Not so much. The Verizon Cloud is awful to navigate / operate. Again, it's Brady at Burlington that made it right. Thank You.

When purchasing an iPhone 14 transfer of data from my iPhone 8 deleted my emails and my apps did not recognize me. Valuable data was lost. I should have gone to Apple Store.

After striking out at other locations, my husband and I tried the Burlington location. We made an appt, was helped about 10 min after the appt was supposed to start, and we were helped by Jeffrey. I cannot say enough how nice, patient and helpful he was! It got pretty busy, so it would have been expected for him to rush us out the door but he explained everything clearly, dealt with all my questions and was just all around great!

It said it was open till 9:00 p.m. and it is 7:42 and it is closed. A bunch of garbage.EDIT - went back, guy was very helpful. Just check if they are open first.

visit the store I am a new customer I arrived just at 6:50 the store manager told me his name is Steven that he could not attend me because they were about to close I understand that they close at 8 and the place only had 2 people. In my opinion as a client they need more people helping and change the manager (Steven) for a more friendly person and not lazy people like this .
