Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Dropped the car off with Rob on Monday night, had the very reasonably priced estimate before 10am Tuesday morning and had a call that she was ready for pickup before 2pm Tuesday afternoon. Will definitely be using Lou's in Kingston, NH, again for any future exhaust needs!”

The first time I used them was after another garage could not figure out what the issue was and suggested I go to dealership which said the fix would be close to $4000. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it for less than 10% of what the dealership quoted. As a bonus they have loaner cars which help with those of us who are always on the go. “Yesterday I was driving with my 3 grandbabies in the car when I heard a loud scraping noise, I pulled in to the drivewsy, a very nice gentleman came out, noticed that after a recent oil change the technician didnt secure the sheild underneath properly. I was concerned about having to have it towed because I had my 3 toddler aged grandchildren with me, this man jacked the car up, fixed it in 10 minutes and didnt charge me. Saved this Noni a lot of grief and happily we left to enjoy the rest of the day! Cant say enough about his good old fashion kindness!”
