“I decided to try VIP out for a Full Synthetic Oil Change. Jen at the desk found me a same day appointment. Service was relatively quick, eventhough a tech had called out for the day. Had a coffee during my wait. Free bottled water is also available. Jen offered me the current promo of $10 off Oil Changes. $70 was a good deal. VIP Seabrook is new and kept clean.”

“I'll tell you what, if we lived in town, I'd be bringing these guys coffee every morning. We're from Michigan, and during a drive from Maine on July 11, 2023, our van let all the steam out. Even though they had 9 local vehicles lined up for repair, they first diagnosed our emergency issue with a coolant pressure check. Identifying the problem within minutes, they soon had the uncommon part on its way from a dealer. The problem occurred at 7am, they opened at 8 when I called ... we were back on the turnpike at 10am. During that time, they also repaired two other vehicles, and did one state inspection, besides completing our repair. We made it to Michigan at 11:30pm that evening, without incident. Kudos to these gentlemen for knowing and practicing great customer service!!!”

“Great Place. I actually got it dropped there on a tow truck. I was really between a rock and a hide place. And he sat me out and fixed it right away prices were great too. Definitely a place you can not worry about getting taken. Advantage of which as a female is my biggest concern when it comes to getting my car done. I checked out Advanced Auto Repair because I live in Haverhill and they've been in business for 25 plus years. Mike had the best pricing around. I brought my car in for him to check out. He told me what he thought I needed for my brake replacement. They did it the same day. Super fast. Great service. He even fixed part of my exhaust that had a leak in it for free.
