It's so nice to go into a real store, and there's helpful friendly staff, and things I need are in stock and I can get them right away. If you have the choice between ordering it online and buying it here, I suggest you shop here. The key cutting service is particularly useful.

This place is amazing. Staff are super helpful, some prices are same as online and most aren’t too much higher - and the selection is very extensive for what is essentially a neighborhood store. This is the correct way to do a hardware store and you love to see it.
It’s well-lit, well stocked, well taken care of, and should have almost anything you need! Some very esoteric things are still tricky to find, but they’ll do 99% of the rest.
Paint matching available as well.
The first level is more of a home goods vibe and the downstairs is where the hardware lives.
Have fun! Abundant parking in the shopping center of which this is a part. Note that since the downstairs is down a level you’ll need to use the elevator if you have any issue with the stairs. But that is available in the back of the store.
I attempted to photograph every single aisle and have provided coverage of about 90% of what’s in the entire stove with my photo set. :)

Tags is the hardware store every neighborhood deserves. The selection is phenomenal, prices are solid, and the employees are super helpful.
One experience that stuck with me recently was after I ordered a grill online. Tags reached out to me, unprompted, asking if I would like it assembled and delivered. Not having a car, and dreading the thought of figuring out how to carry the grill up Spring Hill, I was relieved, and thankful for the proactive customer support. Delivery went off without a hitch, and I was thrilled to be able to enjoy my new grill basically as soon as it was delivered.
Experiences like that are why Tags will always be my first stop when looking for home furnishings.
