Ali is the best! I have had both a Nissan Rogue and Audi Q5 with various needs that Ali has taken the best care of over the last few years. He goes above and beyond always, and is extremely knowledgable, fair and kind. Highly recommend!

Ali at Aladdin is the best! I first came to them after my Prius went in for a routine service at a Toyota dealership and the people there told me it needed $4000 of work -- despite having no apparent issues. I took it to Aladdin after that and after a thorough inspection, they said the car was absolutely fine, no work was needed and the dealership was just ripping me off. The car has continued to drive perfectly well for 6+ months since then.
I just went in again as I'm selling the car to an out-of-state relative and wanted to ensure that there are no potential issues before I sell it to them. Ali fit me into the schedule and didn't charge me anything for the check. Very grateful to have found an auto service expert I can trust!
Also, the sculptures and vibe of Aladdin is awesome!

You know this guy is a godsend and it might sound like I'm hyping him up but go down there and meet him. He's a very cool calm great demeanor evrery job he's done for me has been on point and he's actually kept money in my pocket so yes Aladdin's auto gets five stars in my book

Great experience! Came here for 75K-mile service on my Lexus GS 350, and couldn't be more satisfied. Ali and Mahmoud were welcoming, knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient at a very good price. Ali even went the extra mile to secure something on the car that was previously loose.

We swear by Ali at Aladdin auto services! He is honest, thorough, smart and sincere. We have been going to him with our ford escape for 10 years and he has always fixed the issue, and there were many, for the lowest cost possible. He also negotiated with insurance companies numerous times to get the best outcome for us after accidents that weren’t our fault. He lives to beat the system, in a good way, and that means a lot these days. Recently he let us know that our car would need expensive repairs very soon and that we should start thinking about trading it in before that happened. Instead of securing these major repairs for himself, he gave us sound, fair advice, which ultimately saved us alit of money. Now that we followed his advice and bought a new car, we will miss our always friendly and generous interactions with Ali (and his dad. Thanks, Ali!!!

Ali and his dad have been taking care of our Jeeps for years. You won't find harder working or more honest car mechanics. My headlights just went out this week and I was on my way out of town. I showed up without an appointment and Ali took care of the problem on the spot. He's never over-charged me for anything. The headlights were supposed to be upgraded by my previous mechanic, and he said he did it, but he didn't. Not an honest guy. But with Ali and his dad, you get honesty and you get quality work. These are good people.

Went in for a squeak in the front end while turning. I left Aladdin with my primary concern undiagnosed and with the most expensive brake job I’ve ever gotten. I’m very disappointed, maybe I can find a shop that will do the job asked and not the easy one instead.

Ali and Mahmood are incredibly nice people and the most honest mechanics I've ever met. I started taking my car here after being overcharged by both the dealership (typical) and a local chain multiple times, and after having several things taken care of at Aladdin I will never bring my car anywhere else. They always charge a fair price, are candid about what the car actually needs done, and perform quality work when work is needed. Cannot recommend them enough.
