Ran into an issue after phone upgrade. The store was no help and just transferred me to ATT customer service. Issue was resolved eventually by opening a dispute.

After being loyal for over 4 years paying bunch of money every month, I came to this store hoping that I’ll get a real and helpful treatment that could result to a positive solution to my problem of getting highly charged more then the usual,
I got faced to a lady who was there, She didn’t even let me finish explaining to her my concerns why I’m here, i got surprised by her ordering me STOP, LISTEN, and she keeps repeating it, she said she’s the owner of the store, she was having a bad attitude very rude attitude towards me, the way she was that morning it has nothing to do with a real customer service from the real hospitality, and AT$T customer doesn’t not deserve to have that type of employee serving them, cause because of us, AT&T standing up to where she’s right now, and without us AT&T is nothing,
I highly recommend from the high management of AT&T to recheck the staff once again and make sure to put out for us a highly trained staff that will treat us good and presenting the brand accordingly
Cause we all work on hospitality and we all know what’s means, but the service was provided that morning in that store has nothing to do with a respectful customer service
And the guy was with her that morning he was just watching

Very bad experience , the lady added 6 equipment insurance to me without any mention,and lie about plan fee. FXXK you all

Went to this store and witnessed a customer wanting to get a cheaper plan than $30 then got mad because it was too expensive, it is none of my business but people don't understand everything is worth money now a days. don't let people's opinions stop you from visiting this place, i never had an issue. they are friendly. and professional! Thank you!!

I always prefer a face to face experience but this store is brutal. The process of getting a new phone was way more complicated than it needed to be. I was in the store for two hours and was still unable to get a new phone set up. I had an issue with my new phone and had no service so i returned to the store only to find it closed early. A few days later i found extra charges that I specifically asked about before my purchase and was assured I wouldn't have on my bill. The salesperson either lied to me or had no clue about the charges. Either way this store is terrible, AT&T is terrible and this experience has made me want to find a new provider. This isnt even the whole story, forget about the customer service line and their automated support, its all terrible.
