Went to this store and witnessed a customer wanting to get a cheaper plan than $30 then got mad because it was too expensive, it is none of my business but people don't understand everything is worth money now a days. don't let people's opinions stop you from visiting this place, i never had an issue. they are friendly. and professional! Thank you!!

I always prefer a face to face experience but this store is brutal. The process of getting a new phone was way more complicated than it needed to be. I was in the store for two hours and was still unable to get a new phone set up. I had an issue with my new phone and had no service so i returned to the store only to find it closed early. A few days later i found extra charges that I specifically asked about before my purchase and was assured I wouldn't have on my bill. The salesperson either lied to me or had no clue about the charges. Either way this store is terrible, AT&T is terrible and this experience has made me want to find a new provider. This isnt even the whole story, forget about the customer service line and their automated support, its all terrible.

1 star for Luis. I asked about a promo trade-in and a military discount. Neither of which he properly applied to my account. When asked about this problem a month later, he verified that everything was working properly and it was due to billing cycles and that it often took 1-3 months. Now 3.5 months since my first visit, the problems were not resolved. My bill has been twice as high as it was advertised to me initially. After speaking with an AT&T Rep I was told that I was no longer eligible for the trade in due to taking too long (Luis told me it could take 3 months to apply discounts). I now owe $1000 for the poor service I received.The only reason I am not giving 1 star is due to the great service received by Yvenie. She was quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me resolve one of the issues that Luis created.Very frustrated and upset.

Avoid this store at all costs! We went in to get a new plan and 2 new phones. After working with a kind agent to set things up, he ran into technical difficulties (for 2 hours) and eventually asked us to come back the next day. During this we never agreed to any terms, never signed anything, and never got our new phones.Despite this, we’re now getting billed by AT&T for the plan we didn’t agree to and the phones we never got. And to top it off, the amount we’re being charged is 4x the rough estimate we were told in the store.Don’t make the same mistakes we did- if you go to this store don’t give them your personal info or maybe they’ll open up fake accounts in your name too

I went in with a new phone and Johnathan helped me update my account to include the new phone and he transferred my data for me. He was extremely helpful and very, very pleasant. Excellent A T & T service is why my family switched from Verizon and they continue to not disappoint.

Getting a phone can be a bit daunting. Joe really helped me out and explained how I had to much coverage on my plan which was great information. I have a family and friends plan which is totally worth it. Easy to get to in Harvard Square and they usually have 3 staff on hand which makes waiting non existent. Really important “I didn’t feel rushed”

They take advantage and lie to you. Don't believe them if they say there's all kinds of free stuff. It's lies. They're professional scammers.They took advantage of us having disabilities and not understanding the contract. We trusted them because they acted like they really cared.This ruined my birthday so now I can't have anything special for my birthday because we have to pay off that bill.I'm so tired of my brain making people like this able to scam.Don't make the same mistake as us. Don't use an authorized retailer. They're just authorized scam artists.
