I took a class with bulldog flow Pete and WOW! What a good time. So many props. Hot and sweaty. He told a lot of good jokes in between breaths. I’ll be back.

Tried the hot HIIT class. Thought it was way too many people in the room and the class was a bit chaotic. Instructor seemed nice and she played good music but would not do it again

The one studio in the Boston area where you're only a visitor once and then you forever feel like family. It's very rare to enter a space in a metro area that feels more like home than a business and thanks to owner/ founder Shelley's collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership, Breathe nails it. If heated rooms and variety are your jam you'll find everything from Vinyasa flows to Hot 26. HIIT sequences are set with weights while Pilates are danced under rave-themed neon lights. . .all balanced with varied restorative yin classes sprinkled in between. All I can say is NAMASTE!

Breathe has become such an important community for me. Not only are the classes invigorating, but there’s also a grounding energy among instructors and other students alike. Each instructor has a unique style, and I particularly love the IHP, Strength, and Power Yoga classes. I’m so grateful for Breathe — it makes the best days even better. Thank you, Breathe Cambridge!

Breathe is amazing! Every teacher here is incredible (Sharon, Alanna, & Yaya are crazy talented, and they high-key make me want to become an instructor haha). Before I found this place, I wasn't into Pilates or yoga at all; I was all about lifting weights. But Breathe has completely turned my fitness journey around for the better. I'm definitely sticking with this studio for the long haul, especially after enjoying the monthly challenge they put on. I always feel welcome here and I never leave feeling like I didn't get a great workout. It's been a game-changer for me.

Breathe Cambridge offers not only a wide variety of Yoga and Pilates modalities, but also an incredibly supportive community. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and offer encouragement and modifications often to make your practice the best for you. Anyone who is interested in trying out Yoga for the first time or looking for a new studio should put Breathe Cambridge at the top of their list.

First time I’ve ever understood when people say you get into yoga when you get into a studio. The most welcoming instructors. Everyone is friendly while giving you space and very professional. I started with just doing their Hot 26 and have since really enjoyed their other classes from Pilates (challenging yet fun) to their Flows.I really like Sharon and Barbara’s classes but seriously everyone is so nice!Their monthly challenges are really fun and get you hooked on wanting to practice more which is just a win-win situation.

Breathe Cambridge is home away from home for many Bostonians including myself! I love coming here and trying out every class and meeting each instructor. The heat is addicting! Every instructor at Breathe is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their class, and the energy is welcoming and fun! I recommend Breathe Cambridge to anyone wanting to try hot yoga or hot workout classes!
