I have been going to this store for the last 7 Years plus ! Lady and Gent have been amazingly helpful, very polite , and it is the only store of its kind in Boston . Nicest people, and great selection and quality. These people know their business and products, which is so refreshing. The people complaining about this business are upset they aren’t getting full refunds after wearing the shoes! This is not Amazon!! People are crazy.
