I purchased a 2025 CRV Hybrid in December 2024 and just went in for my first oil change (@10k miles). My service agent was Joe. All my interactions with him were great. I declined a service that was suggested and he just said “ok.” This is a nice change from my experience in the past where service agents were very pushy. The waiting area had complementary tea, coffee, and cocoa. There were several tables where folks could work, and two areas with upholstered chairs. The chairs were very comfortable. I would get my car serviced there again.
