I wanted to open a Revocable Trust Account and was told I could not do it Online. I had to go to a Branch, none of which are in Boston.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came in today because I wanted to open a simple checking account. Immediately I was greeted by one of their workers that “ helped assist me with the process”. The whole entire time he was listening to a Youtube video, which was completely unprofessional. He proceeded to question my citizen status which I for one am and why I wanted to open a checking account in the first place. When I called originally on the phone they had said how I was able to get my card the same, which was the main reason why I opened an account because who likes to wait 2 weeks for their physical card in the mail. He continued to rudely ask questions why I wanted the card in the first place and questioned why I would need it, and asked if I even had enough money to open up the account. Extremely unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not go to CSB!

I have had a checking account at CSB for over 3 years now and I have never had any problems. I love my bank. Only $10 to open a checking account and your new CSB debit card is issued to you on the spot with no fee whatsoever, you can't beat that.

What's the point of having a debit account if your just going to overdraft my account. Also apperently I overdrafted $50, but the bank REFUSES to tell me where I spent that money. Probably took out money without my consent. Not the most professional bank I've worked with. I used to love this bank but the perks went down. I've been threatened by the bank to close down my account ? Thanks alot. Won't be recommending this bank to anyone I know.

Unfortunately, staff is always turning around because I wanted to rate a manager at the bank about eight years ago who was extremely courteous and knowledgeable as well as a person of integrity. However, still whenever I go into the bank in recent years, the staff are very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I rate it as a bank you can trust.

When I opened this account 7 years ago I could not have been happier, but in the last 3 years, not so much. The perks that came with the checking account have all but disappeared and the customer service, not just at this branch but the call center too, is awful. I'm always left feeling like a naughty kid being scolded by the teacher. Every interaction I've had in the last couple of years has been a huge headache.

I need a local bank. Yet, you get a mediocre service. Online banking is a hit and miss, they still are figuring out why I cannot transfer funds. Apparently a software glitch. Still very paper based. Interests are Ok. Only good thing I can use the atm of any bank for free.
