I’m not sure why but most times I try to use online banking to transfer from one account to another there seems to be a message in the app that reads: “Mobile Banking Unavailable”I will certainly dispute any overdrafts if that ends up happening as a result of unreliable technology.(Former Century Bank longtime customer)

It was 100% the worst service I ever got from the Asian bank manager to the colored BIG lady in teller #1 time 2:45 Fri September 8th!! Sooo sad as a consumer

LOUD and WRONG- I really wanted to leave a positive review. And my first visit and help from Sabrina the manager was stellar. She is incredible and deserves the highest recognition.Unfortunately I came back to make an in bank transaction for our business account.Difficult rude and uninformed teller. If you need business services, see the manager. Unfortunately I needed a cashiers check to pay our construction firm.When I asked Belicia if she could help with a cashiers check and withdrawal she replied,”FOR WHAT?!?” When I tried to explain “FOR WHAT?!?”Then she just said,”You need to fill out a withdrawal slip.”This was my first and probably last trip to use banking services. She told me I had to have an in state ID (wrong).I had written down the account number, amounts and gave it to her with my ID and she still was angry and asked me how long I had an account.At this point she told the manager,”This is a lot of money.” As if she was going to tell me that we couldn’t pay our vendor.”Luckily the Manager who helped me open the account was there, corrected her errors on policies and Belicia put on a fake smile for the remainder of the encounter.I can’t wait for my debit card and checks to arrive so I don’t have to deal with Belicia and her attitude anymore.

If you have time to do your transaction inside, with human beings, the staff here are great. If you need to use the ATM outside, go to another branch. It consistently rejects 80-90% of the checks I try to deposit. I take them to Harvard Square and the deposit goes flawlessly. Eastern should be ashamed of how they've under-resourced this branch.

Good place, good service BUT on 5/20 this branch is temporarily closed to mitigate the spread of COVID. Hope their employees feel better soon!

JUST PLAIN AWESOME!The staff here are phenomenal and have excellent customer service skills. Especially Tina who has gone above and beyond. She's a real asset to the company. Thanks guys for all your hard work. Wouldn't bank anywhere else.
