I was charged for a routine checkup even though accounting, my doctor, and the receptionist said there would be no charge. Accounting repeatedly made changes to the invoice which did not resolve the issue. The visit itself was adequate.

A good hospital with friendly and capable employees. The security guards are always willing to help. Even the cafeteria is pretty good!
