I went to Chhabra to look for outfits to wear to my first Indian Wedding. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and attentive. They found me beautiful outfits made of gorgeous fabrics and then helped select accessories to match. They spent time teaching me about Indian traditions and what to expect at each event. I feel so much more at ease and excited about the upcoming ceremonies. They moved mountains to do last minute alterations, relieving so much of my anxiety. The dresses look beautiful on me. This is going to be a special time for us and Chhabra made it even more special. Off-street parking was also a pleasant surprise.

We were instantly greeted and welcomed. They were so excited that we were going to an Indian wedding and so helpful and informative. I was given personal attention and loved the selection of outfits and accessories. The quality of the clothes is also top-notch. Highly recommend this business.

I’ve been to Chhabra twice the first time I purchased 2 chandni’s they both fit perfectly. I had the owner and the assistant taking care of me. I decided that I needed one more and went back to the store. Found an unbelievably beautiful one, but it was sleeveless. They immediately had a seamstress come out and told me they could add sleeves to it. I’ve never seen such fabulous service. Thank you so much. It deserves the five stars.

My sons fiancé is Indian two friends and I needed clothing for the wedding. Mr. Chandra and his assistant explained everything to us. They couldn’t have been more helpful the selection is outstanding. We purchased 2 lehenga’s and 3 sharara chandni’s. The associate even helped us put them on which was great seeing I have no knowledge of how to wear these garments. A great experience!!

Went here for an indo-western dressing for a wedding. Very helpful staff and management, and absolutely gorgeous pieces.

The women at Chhabra are amazing; very attentive and helpful and have had great experiences shopping with them in the past. The guy who works there though is some of the worst customer service I or my friend have ever had; taking items away from my friend, telling him to only try it on if he intends to buy it, telling him that he doesn't want him to break anything, and generally making it very clear that he thought very little of him. We ended up leaving despite having an appointment to buy a sherwani and kurta because of being made to feel so unwelcome and ended up buying from the much better men's selection and attentive staff at Chaubandi up the road. Two stars instead of one only because my and my fiance's past experience with the women at Chhabra was so positive.

Great shop with an excellent inventory and helpful staff. Was stateside when I received an invitation to a wedding in Jaipur, less than two days after I'd be back in India. Narender was kind enough to walk me through what would be good for each ceremony; and was able to check my size and fit me out quite well. Had appropriate attire for the Sangeet as well as the Baraat and wedding.

Unbelievably terrible service. I can't believe I just walked out of a store like that with my family. First of all zero greetings. We were actually considering purchasing a yellow floral lehenga my mom really liked. My fiancé holds the hanger to see how heavy it is and I pass the hanger to my mother to see the weight of the gown. This elderly man comes and snatches the hanger from my mother and just hangs it back up on the rack. No words or comments like "let me help you" or anything. We stood there for a second shocked and just left surprised by how grossly rude these people are. You just lost an $800 customer with your rude behavior. I'm assuming by his shitty service that he's the owner, owner or not that's not acceptable with any customer. Their clothes are old and extremely overpriced and the less than 5 minutes we spent in there I'm sad we'll never get back. Shocking!

As someone who doesn’t know much about Indian wedding culture, I found them extremely helpful in picking out outfits for the wedding I was going to attend and great with alterations!

I needed a dress last minute for a friend's wedding. After explaining my situation, I was given a review of outfits on hand that could be tailored in time. We choose a lehenga, and it was brought in to my size in less than 2 days (there was still excess fabric, but that's to be expected when bringing in so much material in the skirt on such a tight timetable). I was given fantastic service, speed, and care, and highly recommend this store!

Came with an appointment, treated with total disrespect—could barely try on two outfits, as if they’re doing me a huge favor. “We’ll give you one more thing,” they said “but don’t ask for another because we won’t give it to you.” Poor quality clothing, poor fits. Please realize there are other Indian bridal shops out there.

This was the rudest encounter I've ever experienced. From the moment we walked in the door we were barely acknowledged. Instead of a greeting, the women owner walked away and refused to assist us. I let them know I was looking for a wedding lehenga and they quickly pointed to the wall without offering up any more details. I am white and my fiancé is Indian, so I made it clear I could use the guidance but they did not care to help. After I on my own selected a few outfits to try on, the younger woman made it clear she was annoyed and hurriedly had me try on only 2 lenghas. Even then they continued to remain dismissive and acted as if they could care less whether we would even make a purchase. I truly loved one of the ones I had picked and wanted to purchase it, but because of their outrageously overt rude behavior I left without buying it. I will make sure to let everyone I know to never go here.To be clear my fiancé even called before we went to see if we needed to make an appointment first and they said it was not a problem and we could come by. So there is absolutely not excuse for the lack of attention and rudeness.
