Citizens bank porter square I will no longer be going to this branch to bank worker there is INCOMPETENT!!! Went for a debit card said they couldn’t print went down the street to another branch no problems. Another thing I was offended by the supervisor calling my phone thinking that was the problem no that wasn’t the problem it’s your incompetent employee that is the problem

For fairness (in contrast with my 1-star review of the Davis Sq location), where my visit was a 35 minute disaster (see my review) the person who helped me today was competent, very efficient and courteous. No wonder the Porter location has good reviews while Davis has been going to the dogs. I wish I had known about this branch sooner!

BEWARE! Citizen's bank would not honor account opening bonus, AND has bad customer service.When I opened the account, I was informed by clerk I have 30 days to deposit 15000 into the account and leave money there for 2 months to get the bonus. 4 months later I don't get the bonus and called. They told me 2 different versions. Version 1 it needs to be done at account opening day. Version 2 it needs to be done within 10 days. That's 3 different versions. I explained this to the branch, branch escalates to the office of the chairman. They don't care and just keeps on pushing responsibilities. Branch says they can't do they need to escalate. Chairman says they can't do only branch has the ability. Honestly, they don't care. Bank somewhere else. At least TD bank and Bank of America do take care of things and see their customers valuable. Citizens doesn't.

Opened an account. The service was great, very friendly. Also there is nice environment in this branch, everything is brand new, technologically equipped.
