What a great way to start off a Friday evening with Jean this super cool instructor at CPY fresh Pond. Jean is so knowledgeable. Her corrections just spot on. The flow was perfect and the music was fantastic. I even went home and played some songs from her track! It was so great and I’ve been doing yoga for 25 years. Thx you!

Yogi's beware. This is a predatory yoga business with foul mouthed instructors. Feels like the Costco of Yoga. Gross. If you sign up for a trial, make sure you email them before your end date or they will happily take additional money from you without your consent and then refuse to return it. When did yoga go corporate? And how are so many people okay with this??? Please yogi's consider the future of your connective tissue..

Classes are good. HOWEVER, THEY DON'T LET YOU CANCEL. AFTER WEEKS OF TYING TO CANCEL I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE WHO THEN WANTED TO CHARGE AN ADDITONAL MONTH. Don't give me the bullshit that it takes a month to cancel a membership.
I immediately reported this to the Massachusetts Consumer Hotline (one click/ one day law) who opened an investigation as well as disputing with Amex.

Great instructors, great classes (shoutout to Margaret!) and great retail deals! My only caveat with this place is that Studio 4 (the one upstairs) tends to run hotter than most rooms, and it got to a point where it was actually causing a couple of folks to pass out (myself included).

I like this studio as they actually heat the classes to the expected degree but today I went to a Hot Power Fusion class and for some reason they had us in the smallest room and we were packed like sardines in a can. Someone was obviously sick so I left. Use the bigger room, always. It is safer. I have never ever been in such a crowded room.

Expensive, Overfilled classes, and disappointing customer service. You have to fight for a spot with your mat. Over $200 for a membership.

I took Linnea's C2 class and it was a delight! She is really great for people returning to yoga after a hiatus. She gives calm, clear, and helpful tips for improving control in challenging poses. I like her vibe! She has a good mix of chill instrumentals during the flow, and upbeat music during the ab workout. Big fan! will attend her classes again!

Really bad experience, I was disappointed with the service. I was really interested in the CorePower yoga. I came to the fresh pond site. I tried to ask question in front desk. The reception refused answer all the questions and just told me everything is online. Ignore and helps people who is after me. Yes.I know everything is online but I really needs more information this why came to visit. Just ignore me and taking care other people. Thank you CorePower Really disappointed.

I had an amazing experience attending the largest Corepower Yoga Studio in the nation. Widya's C2 Class was very inspirational. I found gratitude throughout the sequence and in every posture and flow. I was constantly reminded to appreciate what I could do and to continue to challenge myself. The next day my body was tender and tired and still I wanted more so I attended Larissa's Sculpt class. Her energetic cadence filled the studio as she counted down the reps. Larissa pushed my endurance levels with a full body experience.Widya and Larissa left a lasting experience of wanting to sweat more and I cant wait to return to this studio.I'm filled with gratitude with Corepower Freshpond Studio.

Expensive membership. And, beware, they have a 30-day cancelation notice, so if you cancel before your next billing date, they will still bill you for the next month.

Firstly, this place is nice. Great instructors and it's good for your soul. That's cool. The company and its policies are predatory. Can't just cancel. Need to call. Have pauses in membership you need to pay for. It's gross and companies like this, regardless in how nice their instructors are, should go out of business and the TSG Consumers Partners Company, a private equity group that bought the company from another private equity company, L Catterton, is probably behind policies that favor extracting $$ at all costs over a little humanity. Cannot recommend this place. Take your money somewhere else.

Perfect Zen time! New to the area and I love the fact that I can visit different locations depending on my schedule

WOW, this studio is huge and beautiful! Definitely the nicest one in MA. It's so spacious, there are 2 floors. The bathrooms are super clean (feels like a hotel bathroom, to be honest), tons of stalls and shower stalls and the drinking water fountain is fast/cool. Only thing is it's not the most public transport friendly unlike other CPY studios, it took me like ~15 ish mins to walk from Alewife station. There IS Parking though.

The teachers are dedicated and long-time professionals. It would be great to have an option for Pilates and hot Pilates.
