The most unprofessional and unorganised pharmacy. On multiple occasions, they’ve failed to refill my medications on time due to out of stock orders and they place an order for those medications after I go to the pharmacy to get them refilled. I’ve had to miss multiple days of medications due to this.

This entire CVS has gone under. Idk who management is but they need replacing. And track that all the way up as high as it needs to go. The pharmacy being the biggest problem.

The one star is for the pharmacy. It is always busy and understaffed. There should be at least two people at the counter not one. Trying to get through the phone system is maddening and now that location doesn't pick up but puts you into voicemail, saying they'll return the call in 3 business hours. I had to walk to the CVS because I hadn't received a call back after 5 hours. I wish I had other options. This isn't the only location with people and phone issues.

Consistently disorganized, little effort to solve problems, the staff frequently has a bad attitude and they say orders are ready when they are not. Just go somewhere else if you are thinking about picking a pharmacy. Basically this place does not care about their customers.

The fact that I can’t speak to someone in the pharmacy is ridiculous! All these menu options just for me to leave a message for them to call you back, and then never call you back.

The Pharmacy at this Cvs is terrible the only person who cares is the manager other than that the other workers will talk over you, not pay attention to what order. There was a point of time where they've given my partner the worng medication. And today I tried to come to transfer a medication over and I was met with the worst attitude I've ever experieced. The Drop off worker found that it was more important to talk over me to a customer after they were the ones that called me up after I was waiting in line. All she needed to do was call the Walgreens across the street to transfer a med and she gave me such a hard time

Awful, awful, awful. Go elsewhere if you are on any life saving medications for the heart. You'll die before they fill it. Never mind trying to call the Pharmacy, not such person answers after 1hr and 13mins I gave up multiple times. Went to the ER to get it straight and filled elsewhere.

Incompetent staff that is unhelpful. Management is bad & refuses to help make a refund. Avoid this CVS and don’t rely on them for any of your printing needs.

Currently sitting on the phone waiting for someone to pick up so I can cancel a prescription...it's been 45 minutes of waiting for someone to pick up (3 PM during business hours)

The male pharmacy manager is the kindest pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. He’s always so kind caring and patient. Something I don’t experience with many pharmacists these days. Thank you!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Hands down. Even if there are only two people in line, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. If more than 5 people in line, expect to be there at least an hour.

This review is for the pharmacy only.I've been getting prescriptions here for a decade. There have always been long lines at the pharmacy, but it's gotten much worse lately. The pharmacists are overworked. The store changed the pharmacy hours so that it now closes at 8pm, when it used to close at 10pm. This is incredibly inconvenient for my work hours, but it's more than that.I don't know why changing the hours slows the whole operation down -- maybe they're just short staffed. But it's now impossible to get a prescription filled in under 36 hours, and it's equally impossible to get the pharmacy to answer the phone even after half an hour on hold. The lines are also even longer now than they were before! It's infuriating. CVS, you need to fix this. This isn't the staff's fault. I can see that they're too busy and stressed out. It's either management or corporate, and they need to fix it immediately.Update: They changed closing time for the pharmacy back to 10:00, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference. They won't answer the phone at any hour. There is no way to know if they received a prescription 12 hours ago -- the status hasn't changed on the app (it still says ready for renewal, not in process) and I can't get them on the phone to ask, so I can't switch it to a different location, either. Last week they told me they were out of a medication, but it turned out they just hadn't had time to unpack a huge delivery from that morning, an error that nearly cost me hundreds of dollars. Another time they didn't fill a prescription because I originally got it filled at a different location months ago, but I frequently switch locations depending on where I'm going to be that day or that week, even outside of MA, so I'm not buying it. The whole point of choosing a company with many locations over a little independent pharmacy is that you can always get your prescriptions filled anywhere you go. Right? CVS: HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Or something. Fix itso I can actually get a prescription refilled as ordered in a decent amount of time. It used to be busy but dependable. Now it's busy and and a disaster.

Very poorly managed. The pharmacists are working as fast as they can and getting nowhere because they are understaffed. They don't fill until you show up so you always have to wait.Worst pharmacy I have ever visited

I successfully placed an online pharmacy order this morning. I called a few hours later to check that it was ready, and I received confirmation. I arrived to the store and waited in line for 30 minutes. They said they were not taking online orders, despite confirmation, and I would have to wait at least another hour to have it filled. I didn't have time so I asked them to cancel the order, and I went to a different CVS. I couldn't place a new order with the other CVS because the Central Square location never canceled my order, and by then the second CVS's pharmacy was closing. So I am out of a prescription that I needed today.
