What are the actual hours to this place? I come far too many times on Sunday and they are closed well before 7 (came on 3/9/2025 at 6:10PM and they were closed; has happened at least on two separate occasions). If these are not the actual hours, can they be updated?

She behaved very badly, she checked the products ten times, she did not open the safe, the woman was very rude, I will not come again.

Following a recent surgery, I experienced an unexpected medication shortage necessitating an immediate purchase at CVS. However, the self-checkout system malfunctioned due to unattended operation, leading to a regrettable incident. Subsequently, a staff member wrongly accused me of theft while attempting payment, exhibiting a condescending and racially biased attitude. This constitutes the second such incident at this location within the past year, despite my purchase being under $10. As a working professional, such accusations are both unwarranted and deeply offensive.

NOT DIABETIC FRIENDLY. Never in my life have I found a drug store that has ZERO DIABETIC SUPPLIES. Like, nothing. Not even glucose tabs. If you are in a pinch and need something for your diabetic needs, don't waste your time here.

There was an employee today named Nana following me today, I understand customer service and all but none was provided just following me through the isles, then as soon as I went to the self check out she stopped walking through isles, and watched me check out my items

The open and close times listed are wrong. By the time the worker was done arguing with me I would've been out before the last person even paid. On top of that he kept yelling at me as I was on the way to the escalators.

This review is specifically for the lone store staff member/representative present at the front of the store during my visit today, Friday, September 13, 2024, around 10am-10:15am.
She was very nice, helpful, and friendly to the Caucasian customer at the self-checkout. However, her demeanor & disposition were the exact opposite when it came to my party.
I greeted her cordially as she glared at me, when we approached the self-checkout. Her only response was dismissive disregard. She hovered as I bagged our items. Enough so that the other part of my party made a point of very politely saying, "Have a nice day.", to her as we finished & left--because she kept circling & hawking us the entire time we were using the self-checkout.
When she didn't respond, he repeated, slightly louder but just as politely as before, "Have a nice day." Assuming, maybe she hadn't heard him initially due to his baritone voice and tendency to speak softly.
I KNOW she heard him both times he spoke. I could see the recognition in her eyes. Yet, neither time did she reply or acknowledge him.
RUDE. And if not RACIST, negatively prejudiced at the very least.
Neither customer centric, nor is she consistent in her approach with paying customers.
Sad...since she was darker in skintone than both me and the other part of my party. So, I imagine she knows how it feels to be on the receiving end of the type of treatment she gave us.
POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. OFF-PUTTING. And enough of a deterrent that instead of returning to this location when I realized I forgot to pick up an item and needed to return, I went to another store altogether.
2 thumbs down. Do NOT recommend. Will NOT return.

Hours are wrong. Just arrived from cross country trip thinking I could get some things for tonight and tomorrow morning, and it's closed, so now I'm hosed.

I was an employee at this location for many years and everyone was so friendly. I miss all the good times I had. BLESS YOU, MY FAVORITE CVS.
