Don’t come here. They are prejudice. I paid for my items at self checkout and wasn’t going to return anything, therefore, I don’t get a receipt after being asked if I wanted one. The manager came to me and said I need to prove that I brought the items with my receipt and made me repay for them. I made them see that I paid for my items and give me my money back.

This store does not code their FSA eligible items. Therefore I cannot use my flexible spending account debit card there. Unfortunate. I’ll have to shop elsewhere.

Terrible experience and I've been using g their prescription services for years. They close at lunchtime. But send daily texts reminding you to pick up prescriptions without remind8ng you of lunchtime hours. I needed something from a locked case and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to open it. There was only 1 cashier today and the self service didn't work. Next time there will be robots working there!

I got the prescription from the orthopedic doctor for diclofenac that pharmacy refused to fill out because prescription had an electronic signature of the doctor.
Prescription was for anti inflammatory medication not narcotics!!
Staff was not helpful at all and looked like they just hate working there.
Went down the road to Shaws pharmacy and got my prescription filled!
Stay away!

Careful of giftcard scams in house here. The codes on gift cards ive bought have been partially scratched off so after purchase someone else can go and redeem them with the code the copied ahead of time. I dont know how compromised giftcards like these end up on the shelves in CVS

During my recent visit, after checking in, I stepped aside to make space for another customer. Angelina approached me with an unexpectedly stern and commanding tone, instructing me, “Don’t move,” and insisting that I should remain in my original spot. When I explained that I had not noticed any reminder indicating this, she responded with visible frustration, pointing at the glass and repeating her instructions in an unnecessarily aggressive manner.
I want to clarify that I do not expect overly friendly treatment, but I do believe that a basic level of politeness should be maintained in customer interactions. Her approach felt unprofessional and made me quite uncomfortable.
It’s important to mention that every other staff member I’ve interacted with at this location has been courteous, helpful, and professional. I’ve visited here before and next lady is very friendly.which is why this interaction stood out so starkly.and I'm thinking do I was targeted by her?
I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve staff training and ensure a consistently respectful experience for all customers.

I hate leaving any negative reviews but I have no choice. I received a call back at 2:16 pm
after many attempts and the service that I received was horrible. The staff (woman ) was horrible, I could barely understand her as she was not speaking clearly but rushing me out as I needed an update on the order they received from my provider on the 15th of this month.
Please, the manager or whoever is responsible should provide the staff with customer service training.

I made an appointment online for vaccines at the Minute Clinic. I get there and see its closed for the weekend. TWO hours later, after trying to find a manager and then to call the store and calling their corporate comment line, I get a "your appointment has been cancelled, sorry!" text. Two hours after the apt, WOW. thanks for ruining my weekend. STAY AWAY.

Their minute clinic is always extremely behind on appointments and disorganized. They scheduled my TB skin test reading outside of the frame of time for it to be accurately read and I had to come back a week later to have the test redone.

So many empty shelves and items that are listed as in stock online are not when you go to the show. And then you see they have dozens of boxes ready to stock and no one doing it. We are giving up and will use alternative options
