Avoid this CVS at all costs. You will encounter the most abysmal customer service imaginable. The managers, supervisors, and staff exhibit a profoundly negative, disrespectful, rude, and uncivil demeanor. They treat patrons poorly and display unpleasant attitudes. Their communication with customers is exceedingly harsh. I even witnessed a female employee addressing an elderly woman in a derogatory manner. The woman was merely inquiring about a specific machine, yet she was met with a very rude response. It is evident that the staff is deeply unhappy in their roles, as their misery is palpable. If you are dissatisfied with your employment, it would be prudent to seek alternative opportunities. It appears that the level of education among the staff is so low that their only employment option is CVS. All of them should be dismissed. It is my hope that this establishment will close its doors soon.

There are some employees at this CVS who are discriminatory towards Asians. They speak harshly and have a bad attitude. It's sad. There are also some customers who look like they're homeless, and it seems like the store isn't well-managed.

A few weeks ago I went in to get passport photos taken. The store associate on duty, Sophia, was incredibly patient and helpful, despite the large volume of customers she needed to help.

An Employee you have working at this location asked my aunt, who doesn't speak very great English but very much understands the language and has been traveling to Boston for the last 20 years for vacation was told she needed to show her I.D. to RETURN an item!? That it was the LAW!?? My aunt, understanding the law more than whomever young women you had working the register today let her know that was completely false and she didn't need to give her ID. And in fact she only had her passport.
After back and forth the women snatched the receipt out her hands and finally returned it. That happened around 11:00 am today, she was an older woman. Check your Employees because this was clearly discrimination, disgusting and absurd. I'm being a lot nicer on here than I like, because if I was there in person I promise you I wouldn't have let that go.

Prescriptions are never ready on time staff are always all over the place worst experience every time. Waited a whole hour and some additional to the time they told me to come back which was 3 hours.

Jasbir at this CVS is extremely helped. She went above and beyond to assist me when I was busy with our two toddlers and needed assistance. This CVS is lucky to have her.

When they sent me a text telling me my prescription was ready, it would’ve been helpful if they let me know that the pharmacy was closing early on this particular day. Ridiculous.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve had to use. I have to use them right now, if I could though, I’d go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Horrible experience every time. We have an on going prescription here and each time something has been wrong and it is never filled without multiple visits. After taking too long to learn, finally sending our prescription to another location.

I embraced their partly insidious technology, and it looks like their remaining staff won ... against me. At least two technical glitches with equipment were dismissed and not taken at all seriously by the manager, after the checkout staffer nearby had essentially scapegoated me for experiencing those glitches. My scanning a product failed to take the first few times, and then the checkout staffer instructed me to scan the product, reset something on the machine, stepped away, and let me continue. Later, my efforts to insert my card had no effect the first few times, she asserted that my card was not working, but then I succeeded in having a card swipe work just fine. After all those steps and my completion of my purchase, I told the manager about both technical problems, and he waved away my concerns as though customers were meant to endure such problems indefinitely.

Worst store bought a Apple gift card that was damaged they did nothing to help me out 40 dollars still awaiting for Apple to respond to my emails and screenshots over 6 weeks nothing.
