Staffs are very rude. Most of the stuffs are behind locks these days. You have to call staff to open the locks and they stay with you until you are done to lock it again. Feels like a jail. If theft is so much of a problem just close the store and keep the pharmacy open.

This CVS is very convenient for us. But the brown skin guy( I didn't get his name, looked like South Asian) was very impassive and unprofessional as a CVS staff. The questions we asked seemed to bother him and gave us a sour/mean look.

I wish all the CVS stores were like this one. They are super efficient with their online pickup orders. They never got my orders wrong (unlike the CVS on Mass. Ave.). One time I put in an order online and 10 minutes later the order was ready to be pickup! Wow!

Hey CVS. It is completely unacceptable that an associate denied me use of a bathroom even after I said it is an emergency. You are a pharmacy! That means you serve people with health issues and medical needs. This clearly shows how much you and your staff cares about people.

This CVS has switched to a voicemail only option for the pharmacy with a “guaranteed” call back within 2hrs. I have tried this method for 2 days to update information for necessary medications and have received 0 communication. There is also not a main store line to try to speak with anyone who works there.
