Aii! If this the one in Porter Square, than DOPE! The lady running it was amaze-ballz! I bought like 3 reusable cups bcuz it was so nice in there. Ian never had multiple choice, of cups, from a dunkin. Grove hall is still my HOOD choice tho. They see me and getta makin my coffee(they know my order). To me, they know mah heartland mah soul.

Not so good. The man in charge on Sunday afternoons is so rude. He seems like he doesn't want to be there. He closes one of the the doors before 4:00PM eventhogh closing hour is 7:00 PM. No service by 5:00

This is an exceptionally good Dunkin’. They keep the store very clean and seasonally decorated. The staff is efficient and friendly and will know your order by heart over time. They keep the food neatly organized, and somehow have stock of items that at other locations are usually sold out later in the day.

My favorite place to get coffee and snacks - seriously it's so speedy, the employees are so nice, it's always clean and orderly. The coffee is great and the donuts are too - also everything is always well stocked.I especially love the holiday decor they do - makes the place feel so neighborly and personal.I prefer this to any other coffee shop nearby including davis square - impersonal and cold with less value.

This location has exceptional service! The manager is always there with a smile and I appreciate that she knows my order by memory now. My coffee is always made perfectly here, unlike some other locations. This is my go to DD!

This dunkin stands out from the rest IMO.I always take one sugar with my cappuccino, and not all dunkins remember about that one sugar. But the man working here made my cappuccino with so much care, it really felt home.
