“Christian is above and beyond! I brought in my tablet that cannot charge. I thought the battery was the problem. He found it is not the battery problem, and also confirmed that there is no other problem as well (perfectly healthy device!), but it needs a better charger to have better connection. And he allowed me to charge the tablet at the store to confirm the battery is really good, and he was correct. this guy is super super nice and honest, it is fortunate for me to meet him today. God bless his career!”
