“I am writing this review specifically about the pediatrics dept. Our son has been going to Dr Sigman since he was born in April 2023. We have been very pleased with the ease of scheduling and very impressed with how fast this physician responds (herself) to emails and also phone calls. She seems to reply both on nights and weekends; regardless how trivial a question may be.

Our son is very healthy but for the few issues we have had we have been happy with the comfort Dr Sigman has in referring him to Boston Children's. We overall prefer someone who is not alarmist but does take parent concerns seriously.

We have never had to see an NP or PA instead of Dr Sigman and overall have felt he has been cared for with his best interest. We will likely continue to go here for subsequent children and for the duration of our child's pediatric care.”

When MGH said they hadn’t received my referral, I called your front desk several times, but unfortunately most of the staff I spoke with weren’t very helpful and seemed rather indifferent, no one offered to follow up with MGH for me. He first confirmed that my doctor had written the referral, double checked MGH’s fax number, resent the fax, and even called MGH’s team himself to make sure they received it and promised to call me back once their referral team reviewed it.

While dealing with challenging and serious health issues, Dr Wemple and his staff were able to see me quickly, get me a referral, work with the pharmacy, and get me all documentation I needed within 48 hours of my exam. Exceptional!There are so many people who work in the healthcare industry that may be burned out. Though busy, this was not my experience. They set reasonable expectations all throughout my journey. My experience with the staff was that they were cordial, helpful, and wanted to see me get better as soon as possible. Sometimes, they may be short-staffed but at the end of the day, they get the job done and that is what has mattered most. 100% recommended for PCP.”
