They should be able to print the label onsite but their printer hasn't worked in a long time and no one has fixed it

They don't take boxes heavier than 15lbs! I asked one of the employee and he told me they will accept all packages with label no matter how heavy they are, But when I came back with my packages they told me they won't take it.
