Been here for 3 years, but the gentleman staff working at 1:20pm today(Aug 23) was the most unhelpful and unmotivated personnel I have ever met even though there was only me in the store: refusing a simple qr code scanning request and giving little instruction for the kiosk. His work ethics demonstrate the urgent need of automation everything at FedEx

went in there with my friend had no clue what we were doing, but we’re in a rush. Guy named Vinny helped us very patient super nice unbelievably helpful. We completed the mission.
Nice to see people still care about their jobs once in a while in this country

My partner and I were dreading this experience, but Ty made it absolutely painless. We had several large and fragile boxes to send out and didn’t have much experience dealing with FedEx, but Ty explained the entire process, and what would be cheaper and safer for our items. Highly recommend this location, but particularly if Ty is working!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait and I got the service right way. It was my first time at fedex, so I really appreciate the kindness of the staff!

This location is a glorified front stoop for a lock box and overpriced copy center. This location refuses to ship international orders with FedEx accounts and receive/send off packages with batteries. Poor service options and customer service all around...seems like it is a management/franchise problem....other FedEx locations can do these basic tasks.

Price I was given on the phone to ship was a lie!! I was charged 100 more when I went to the store !!! I can understand a couple dollar difference!! But 100 is rediculous!!!

Been many times to print, ship, and get office supplies with no problem. Always nice staff, who print your docements on time. Convenient location in Harvard square.
