Terribly rude and unhelpful staff, on several different visits. Same day service charged was when order wouldn't be ready until next day, but sone excuse about business hours was used. Staff also refused to assist with trouble on their website and said "If I wanted their help, I could pay for their expertise and use in store design services and pay twice as much for the work"Absolutely appalling behavior in a customer-facing business. If be embarrassed to employ staff with this mindset.

BEWARE — PRICE GOUGING & TERRIBLE SERVICE ... I have been going to the Harvard location for YEARS and never before did they charge an exorbitant fee for printing an online order ahead of the pick-up time. I showed up an hour before my $3 online order was ready and asked if they could print it early instead of me having to wait. I've done this many times. They were NOT busy at all but claimed they would need to charge me an extra $50 rush charge to do so. Other locations will do this for free if they are not busy. I can't believe how this location wants to gouge its customers now.I was annoyed so I asked to cancel my order and the woman employee just stared at me. So I repeated myself and she continued to stare blankly but eventually uttered a "Yes" but did nothing else. So I asked her is there anything I needed to do to make sure the order was cancelled to which she just blankly stared at me. She failed to explain that if I didn't bother to pick up my order it would automatically get cancelled. Abysmal customer service. Beyond horrible.This location wasn't this terrible before they moved down the street. The employees used to be extremely courteous and helpful. I have no idea what happened. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This place 100% deserves its bad reviews. The “assistant manager” Ken was a complete jerk to customers, literally yelling “THERE’S ONLY ONE LINE OVER HERE!!!” at any unsuspecting customer who wonders a step too far in. As though we’re idiots for trying to get help from the other worker not doing anything in the back instead of waiting in line. I’d avoid this store if possible.

Awful Experience! I was in town for a conference and placed an online order for business cards for pickup at noon. I walked in the store at 11am to see if they were ready before I had to leave this area of town. The cards were sitting on the counter, and the associate said I could not take them until noon without a fee. The original order was $30 and she told me it would be $168 if I were to take them an hour early. This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. I have worked with print shops most of my career and DO NOT recommend using this store.Horrible customer service with absolutely no care for the customer needs.

worst fedex i’ve ever been to. terrible location. rude, unknowledgeable employees.expect to wait an hour in line.you can show up early to beat the line but they routinely open 10-15 minutes late.

Very terrible service:1. I had a package which need to be delivered to California as soon as possible, so I chose their express next day delivery and send my package to their office on time. However, the fedex staff who would pick up express packages everyday somehow forgot to pick my package and the package was still their the next day (when it was supposed to be delivered in California).2. So after realizing this happenning, I picked up the package myself, canceled the package and found another way to ship it. However, after a month they charged my credit card for this canceled shipment! It was their fault to not deliver the package on time and I had canceled the shipment at their local office, but they still charged me.3. After I realize this issue I tried to contact their customer service, but this is another terrible experience. First their customer service is answered by a robot, but it refused to transfer me to a real person unless I provide a fedex account number which I don't have (I just walked in to do the shipment). Then I called the local office and the guy at the local office answered my phone call , but when I said I want a refund they told me that they could only transfer me to a customer service staff and only them can help me on this issue. When they transfered me and I finally talked with a customer service staff, she told me that because I made the transaction in the local office, the guys in the local office are the only ones who can help me do the refund.Prior to this issue Fedex is one company which I trusted, but not now. If you would like to use their express next day delivery, take into account of the possibility that your package will be left over in their office, you will be charged twice, and no one can help you do the refund.p.s. If you want to talk to a real-person customer service, you can call a local office and ask them to transfer you. You can indeed reach a real person in this way but I not sure if this would make any difference in solving the problem ...

I got exceptional service here today. Everyone was being helped so nicely. My clerk was super. He really made sure that I felt assured. Solopreneurs and writers such as myself rely on FedEx and FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers. We need wild and weird things done. Our specs for parcels can be weird. Sometimes, I have something ready early, so I send it slow.Today, I was aiming for 3 to 5 business days, and they were able to deliver to my ideal day and time. Wow. Had I only asked! It was great to have someone make sure we got things right multiple times, and there was nothing but patience and professionalism.Then he was on a quest for perfection!At the end, we learned I had cheat notes I could have shared to make things easier. I forgot in my disarray. The clerk was still so cool, and even thought it was funny. He painstakingly took every atom of the address label seriously and really cared. There was zero resentment. What a nice way to approach life!It was a unique and rare experience, and I'm glad I had it!Thank you!

Dismissive, rude, and impatient. The guy in store (3/1/23@9:30A) even looked annoyed I was even in the store. I had a specific situation to which he provided no solution.
