First time visiting an official Fjallraven store. The store was well-organized and we were immediately greeted when we walked in. Wanted to purchase two hip packs but they didn't have any of 'mountain blue' color in storage. Went above and beyond to show us additional colors online and stock of 'mountain blue' color in nearby stores. Absolutely the best customer service!

incred rude staff, seemed anno that I entered (empty of customers) store. the young woman begrudgingly ahowed me the gear I asked about, while the man stared at me in the most unnerving manner. was too creeped out to try anything on.

Manager at this location discriminates against (fires) staff for any involvement in mental health programs, despite good standing as employees. Referring to a friend of mine. Thought you all should; not at all acceptable.

This store is completely unprofessional. During their business hours, the store was locked with a “Be right back! Thank you” sign. A woman and myself waited outside the store for 45+ minutes. I am utterly surprised that a business can be left unattended and have their customers wait outside during their hours of operation. Very frustrating to say the least.

I purchased a $200 dollar jacket from this store the first week of July. A simple rain jacket. I realized after purchasing that a button on the bottom was missing a week later (I wore it once). I took it back to the store and the people were nice and they said the button would be fixed free of charge in a place they send it to nearby. It was a button, just needed the part put on, no stitching. It’s been nearly 6 weeks and I finally called them and they said “oh we must have forgotten,” then said “oh it shipped yesterday,” mind you I literally got the shipping notification after calling and having them call their person who was supposed to send it. It’s $200 dollar rain jacket worn once. They could have replaced the jacket and had this one fixed and it would have been the same. I may be an anomaly because they seem nice but this wasn’t a good experience.

First time in a Kanken store, although my daughters have been living their backpacks and products for years. Large assortment of styles, colors and products. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Ended up getting my daughter a clip on water bottle holder and pencil case. They also reminded me of their guarantee if my daughter has any issues with her current backpack or accessories. Love this place!

Although I didn't have the heart to buy anything this time around my trip to this store was great. Staff seemed knowledge and was super friendly. I did try something on for future considerations and was impressed with the quality and fit. I was also told that the item I tried on was going into quarantine! ...poor slacks haha. Anyway - highly recommend this place if staying warm in style is your aim.

Great customer service at this small, but well stocked outpost. The coats seem to be high-quality although at full price you pay a significant amount. We were exchanging a coat purchased on line. It has to be handled as a new purchase of the replacement coat and thenMailing in the old coat as a separate return. The store representative walked us through the process and gave us a substitute mailing label. Very efficient.
