It seems that they don't want to their job never mind help you I had to go 3 times back to them due to their mistakes if you know a differnt place to get hardware just go to them and save your self the headache and time

The Beautiful Lorrie Delivered Perfect Customer Service and saved the New Four Seasons Hotel from postponement. Management at Suffolk and American Anchor both told me there is just one Bolt house you can depend on and that's Fran-Dan Bolt and Screw. Five Full Smiles 😀😀😀😀😀

went down there for a tamper proof screws and after calling and explaining what i wanted, they said we have all kinds, showed them a #6 sheet metal screw and all they had was 1 type, so i asked if they had allen head drive sheet metal screws waited, they said no. i thought this was a specialty shop for nuts and bolts???? big waste of my time!!!!!!!!!

This is where professionals go for screws and bolts. Great location and great service! Have used them on many projects. They have many sizes and quantities in stock that you will not find at other hardware suppliers.

This place is an absolute rip off and they do not take business seriously. a pack of screws at Lowes was $7 and they billed me $70 plus a $6.25 surchage for walking in the door. Please hope to god they close.
