“Very clean and nice gym. Staff is super lovely and everything about this gym is great. I made the right choice to switch my old gym by CAC.
One other very good aspect is they are open during holidays, albeit shorter hours. A very big plus for gym addicts like myself.”

“Great gym, solid equipment. Can get pretty busy during peak hours but you’ll still be able to get a workout in.The website will tell you this gym has a sauna which is partially true — only the Vim Pilates location (included in the membership) down the street does.Do be aware that to exit VIM you may need to use the :wq command in your terminal.”
“You can’t beat the $22 membership. I could be in Rhode Island and I’ll find a planet fitness… I go for 1 hr workouts and I’ll go for 20 mins. I’ll hit the massage beds the tan they don’t have saunas or pools or tennis none of that fluffy stuff but hey it’s not $150 a month either”

“I'm doing some private sessions with Kate and Sherry and so far the experience has been wonderful. The ladies are super kind, they explain things so you'll understand and they take their time. The studio is welcoming, very clean and quiet.”

This was it; this raised the bar. “I don't know why I haven't started coming here sooner!! Everyone is so welcoming and inclusive. All of the trainers are so kind and knowledgeable. It's an amazing community they've built. Would recommend to anyone at any skill level!”
