gave us the room right next to the elevator. You can hear the noises of the elevator operating and people’s talking outside our door throughout the night. plus the noises from metro lines. One of the worst hotel experiences for me. The location is great, walking distance to the T line and the science museum. breakfast included and the quality is not bad for me. Room is clean and cozy. Free parking is the biggest plus that’s the only reason I could stay.

Excellent location. The Staff are kind and welcoming. The Staff were very helpful to us during my son’s hospital stay. They accommodated our need for late check outs and last minute reservations. Free parking, close to hospitals, Science Museum, Casino, Assembly Row and there’s a plaza with a variety of stores within walking distance.A very clean, comfortable hotel with an exceptionally nice staff including the breakfast servers and maintenance staff. The parking is free. It took a little getting used to when Ii had to come and go late nights but it was safe for me.Rooms: Clean and comfortableNearby activities: Science Museum. This hotel is the PERFECT location to get to any event at TD Garden-2 minute walk to T station and 2 stops later-you are there! Very friendly staff, simple, but great breakfast options (including Hampton Inn's amazing waffles!) and very convenient FREE parking. Easy to get to off of I-90 and a quick & easy check-in/check-out. The rooms are smaller, but clean and well put together. Coffee/tea and a mini-fridge tucked away nicely. Also bathroom had shampoo, body wash, and lotion available in large bottles attached to the walls-I like that hotels are moving in this direction, less waste with the little bottles. The only slight downfall is that being so close to the T, you can hear the trains coming and going during operating hours. We were fine with it, but some travelers may want to ask for a room on the side opposite of the T tracks. Overall, highly recommend this Hampton Inn!Nearby activities: The Boston Science Center is a 10 minute walk from the hotel-always fun with kids!Safety: Felt very safe-walked from T stop back to hotel after a basketball game with my 11 year old and husband-well lit along the way. Garage parking is controlled by key-card so that felt safe as well.Walkability: Steps away from the Lechmere T stop!

The good, location. It's near a lot of food, a park and museum. I stayed here based on that. The room was pretty clean too which I appreciated. If you drive, be aware there is minimum parking. The parking garage below the hotel which requires a room key to access. They have constructed a box around it that made it a pain to open the garage. The service was minimum. I did not have any shower supplies in my room. I called the front desk and they instructed me to come get them. I have never stayed at a Hampton that did not provide them in the room.I'm being generous in my rating due to the location and that I'm assuming most people don't drive? Would I stay again? Possibly but I'll pick another Hilton hotel next time to see if I have any better luck.

Room and common space were modern and clean. Bed and pillows exceptionally comfortable. Staff was very accommodating at check-in/check-out. Fitness room could use some attention.

Location. Location. Location. This place is a 1 minute walk from a green line station which takes about 10 minutes to get to downtown Boston. Directly underneath the green line is a bus station straight to Harvard. Underground parking at no additional cost, plus all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. This place was cleaner than most hotels I've been to, and undergoing renovation. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Parking included! That was the only reason we stayed here instead of the 7 other similarly priced well rated hotels near North Station and Cambridge. The hotel is nice. Clean and updated. Service was good. Nothing over the top, but still a very nice place to stay, and a solid value. Convenient location right across from the science museum and planetarium. Next door to a train stop, but thankfully, quiet inside. Breakfast included as well! That was a buffet of waffles, toast, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. It's 10-15 minute walk from the TD Garden area, a 10-minute walk to the Cambridge Crossing Mall area, and a 5 minute or less walk to a plaza with a large grocery store and a few restaurants. Add the convenience of the train, and you could use this as a hub for business or pleasure travel. Bring the kids. It should be noted that there is limited space in the parking garage. Less spaces then hotel rooms, and it's first come, not reserved spots. Keep this in mind as street parking times might not work for your schedule. If you can get it, indoor parking is nice to have.Walkability: Easy hub to walk around Cambridge and Boston.Noteworthy details: Limited amount of parking spaces in their garage. No trailers or super long cars. Full-size cars and quad cab trucks fit fine. But some spots are shorter and skinnier than others. Be courteous to other drivers. If you have a tiny car, please don't take a huge spot.

Nice to find a hotel with parking in Boston. Stayed for the Comic Come Home event for the birthday. Room was nice, breakfast was good. Did have an issue being doubled charged but was resolved before we left.
