I want to thank Clare and Andrew for their professionalism and for addressing any concerns I had. I had significant noise issues from upstairs neighbors, and both Clare and Andrew listened carefully, apologized, and worked quickly to resolve the situation. While the issue took longer to resolve due to circumstances outside their control, they worked hard and eventually solved the problem. I also want to highlight how accessible the leasing office is—they’re usually available in person and always return calls promptly, so I never felt like I was waiting to get in touch. Having lived in multiple managed buildings, I know how important it is for the leasing team to be cordial and responsive, regardless of the solution they can provide. Clare also took the time to communicate my concerns to higher management, which I truly appreciate.

Seems nice from the outside, but worst construction quality among all the "luxury apartments" I've lived in - lose baseboards, door handle that will knock a dent into the wall over time, circuit that will jump if you dare to plug two small appliances into the same kitchen outlet. Did I mention there's no GFIC outlets where there should be?
Good luck getting things properly repaired - the kitchen sink started gurgling like a monster back in September, and it still was four months later when we moved out. If management says they'd call you back about something, you have about a 24% chance you'll get a call, and the chance is even lower if the conversation doesn't concern their bottom line. Speaking of which, they will charge you upon move-out for lightbulbs 🙂
So glad I no longer live here.

I could not be happier with my new apartment. It’s clean, in a wonderful location, and has all the amenities you could need nearby. But what truly makes this place special is the kindness and professionalism of the leasing team—Brandon, Claire, and Andrew. They have been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, making my move as easy and stress-free as possible. Their warm, thoughtful approach really made me feel welcome, and they even followed up after I moved in to ensure everything was perfect. If you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares and makes you feel right at home, I highly recommend this apartment!

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The apartment itself is clean, in a great location, and has everything I need. But what truly made this experience exceptional were the leasing managers, Brandon, Claire, and Andrew. They’ve been absolutely outstanding—professional, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. They really went above and beyond to make the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this property, especially for the top-notch service provided by the team!

Brandon was an exceptional and knowledgeable consultant for my tour! He went above and beyond to ensure all questions were answered and to make the property welcoming. The property was immaculate, luxurious, and convenient – close to the T and extremely walkable. The high ceilings, spacious floorplans, built-in desks, and ample storage truly make the apartment units feel like home.

If you like the rules and micromanagement of a college dorm this is the spot for you. The management is so bad here that you feel like they control every aspect of your life. You want to have someone visit, you can only get a visitor pass l before 6pm (still commuting home then). You have them park until the office opens, they threaten to tow you. If you submit an emergency work order for a vent making a loud noise, it takes them 3 days. If you want to be by the pool the management checks your belongings to make sure you don't have alcohol. And don't walk around shirtless or you will get yelled at. The management company has a power trip and begs for 5 star reviews so here is an honest one, don't stay here unless you like living in a college dorm.

I have recently moved into The Hanover at Alewife and am loving my new home. The location is fantastic, providing me access to the Red Line as well as walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, as well as the Minuteman Bike trail to coffee shops, restaurants and bars in and around Davis and Porter Square and Arlington.
The building itself reminds me of a high end hotel with tasteful decor and many amenities that include pool, community room, bicycle storage, etc. Each apartment is well appointed with nice appliances and subtle wall colors to match any decor.
The building is quiet and my neighbors all very friendly. Everyone appears happy to be living here.
My experience here all started with the Leasing Department. Claire, Andrew, and Jay are all very professional and have gone out of their way to be helpful and make me feel welcomed.
I love it here.
