A nice bookstore with lots of books and crannies stuffed with books. Used books and clearance are downstairs with new books, notebooks, puzzles, and gifts upstairs. There's a rewards program. The prices for used books are a little high - the Alice book I purchased was a bit over half of the original price of $16 with visible wear and tear. However you could spend lots of time looking in both floors. (Note that there are only stairs to get down.) It is quite crowded but the staff is friendly and helpful. Of course there are a lot of things in the area and it's worth a stop.

Everything a bookstore should strive to be. Wonderful selection of new and used books, friendly staff who offer great recommendations. It's impossible to not find something you want - the trouble is if you find too many things.

An independent bookshop that should be on your list if you are a booklover. So many variations of books and a very cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff. There is also a section of used books at the basement.

The downstairs of this bookstore is my happy place! They have an enormous selection of used and discounted books downstairs, plus all of the newer titles you want upstairs. I often find books that are on my list for under $10 in near mint condition. The staff are always super friendly (plus they have a free rewards program)! If you're looking to support local bookstores, this is your spot!

Great bookstore with wide selection of books organized into aisles that make it easy to find. The workers are friendly and helpful. The shelves have little notes on what the staff recommends which is helpful if you're just browsing for your next read. The only thing that would make this store better is a little sitting area like some other bookstores have

Books bring joy to most people ... although the bookstore has no relation to Harvard University it's just the most stocked up bookstore I have had the joy of visiting. There were 3 authors doing a book reading the evening I stopped by. Bought some books and will be sure to come back again.

Quaint bookstore with loads of options. I liked their middle eastern section and it was quite expansive compared to what I find in other book stores and Barnes and noble so that was great! Would love to come back and explore. They also have a large sale table

I like this bookshop because it’s operated independently from Harvard and had an enormous selection of used and new books, everything from contemporary bestsellers to super niche nonfiction. This shop is within walking distance of Harvard Campus if you’re just passing through and trying to have an Elle Woods moment.

What a cool place, we had more fun going through all the books and gadgets . Spent quite a bit of time there and then walked around the beautiful campus across the street. Great Day!

You know that smell of an old book store? This place.... right across from Harvard campus, with its red brick sidewalk, coffee shops nearby, you can feel the anticipation of ivy school education in the air, it's a vibe. And they have a great selection of used books at a low price down in the basement.
