Hotel Veritas is a smaller, boutique hotel in a nice Cambridge location close to Harvard Yard, with great walkability to restaurants, bars, and the T. The rooms are very nice, pretty up to date, and generally safe, though some can be a little small. The hotel offers great amenities like 24/7 coffee and water in the lobby, but no food onsite. The staff is friendly, amazing, super sweet, attentive, and helpful, providing great customer service that makes you feel comfortable. They go above and beyond. However, the hotel is under construction, which brings disadvantages. Some guests reported issues like wifi that didn't work, with unhelpful responses from the front desk, and noted noise on the first floor until around midnight. While many are very satisfied and would highly recommend it, others advise to stay away due to these problems.
Stayed 10 days over Christmas, it was a very smooth stay, we enjoyed it a lot, had multiple rooms and everything was great. Recommended.

Loved this hotel. Great rooms, comfy beds and amazing location within short walking distance to tons of coffee shops, cafes, and Harvard campus. Staff was great and room was cleaned multiple times during my 2 night stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Veritas very clean well maintained, it was strange though during check in, our concierge Madi told us the Valet was not in, and that we had to bring our car down ourselves. During the check out, Ryan our lovely concierge brought up our car for us!
