Hotel Veritas is a smaller, boutique hotel in a nice Cambridge location close to Harvard Yard, with great walkability to restaurants, bars, and the T. The rooms are very nice, pretty up to date, and generally safe, though some can be a little small. The hotel offers great amenities like 24/7 coffee and water in the lobby, but no food onsite. The staff is friendly, amazing, super sweet, attentive, and helpful, providing great customer service that makes you feel comfortable. They go above and beyond. However, the hotel is under construction, which brings disadvantages. Some guests reported issues like wifi that didn't work, with unhelpful responses from the front desk, and noted noise on the first floor until around midnight. While many are very satisfied and would highly recommend it, others advise to stay away due to these problems.
clean room, AC was loud and knocking (but worked), pillows (every single one) made of cheap material that compresses to flat over the course of the night. mattress is firm.

Great rooms but no fridge or microwave besides in the staff areas. They will bring you ice and takeout if you ask so super helpful and nice staff. The location is a little iffy but it’s a great hotel.

Super conveniently located to Harvard Square, so much to do right out the door. The hotel is stylish, clean, and had perks like Nespresso coffee and bottled waters in the lovely lobby, and heated floors in the bathroom. Our room had a curved front, all windows, leading to a small balcony, which we actually used.
