The first time I got my medications with them they were really great, but when I called about a different prescription the representative was incredibly rude to me. I normally don't leave reviews about things like this. I work in customer service, and sometimes people are having a bad day, so I understand. That said, the way the representative spoke to me was not excusable. Averaging the two interactions gives me a 3-star rating. You will likely have a fine experience, but I will not be going there anymore.

Had a hard time filling a prescription, Inman Pharmacy was able to help, incredibly knowledgeable over the phone, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with (when is the last time I thought that about a pharmacy??). Lovely experience top to bottom.

I moved far enough away that a chain pharmacy was the only convenient option, but I miss Inman Pharmacy so much. The pharmacists go above and beyond to make sure patients get what they need, and communicate quickly and well. The most patient-friendly pharmacy I’ve ever used. A real gem.

I have Medicaid, and this was the only local independent pharmacy that accepted my insurance. I love how somebody always answers the phone and fills my prescription quickly. An invaluable asset to the community.

This is the best pharmacy in Cambridge. They pick up when I answer the phone and fill prescriptions quickly. My doctor called in a prescription and by the time I left the hospital and called them (less than 5 minutes), they already had my prescription ready. I switched from CVS to Inman Pharmacy and I’m not looking back.

Great to have a local and caring pharmacy nearby! I've always had a positive experience. If you are from out of the area it might seem different to you, but if patient and understanding and you will appreciate the service.

I live in Inman Square and have been going to Inman Pharmacy for two years. I love that I feel like a valued member of the community when I walk in. The pharmacists are very nice and always fill my prescriptions on time. Excellent customer service!

Thanks for my vaccination.That the MBTA and Governor Baker Forced on me if I wanted to keep my job. I took the J&J vaccine Under duress and was medically violate.The staff at Inman Pharmacy was great and very helpful.Stop Biden and his Tyrannical ways.
