I live in Inman Square and have been going to Inman Pharmacy for two years. I love that I feel like a valued member of the community when I walk in. The pharmacists are very nice and always fill my prescriptions on time. Excellent customer service!

Thanks for my vaccination.That the MBTA and Governor Baker Forced on me if I wanted to keep my job. I took the J&J vaccine Under duress and was medically violate.The staff at Inman Pharmacy was great and very helpful.Stop Biden and his Tyrannical ways.

So much better than Walgreens or CVS! Also they also have a location across the street you can get a rapid Covid test M-F. They saved me so much time. I had already wasted a lot of time at Walgreens. But Inman’s is so much better, also much, much better service for prescriptions!

It is such a treasure to have an independently owned pharmacy in my neighborhood. I've been using Inman Pharmacy for many years, on and off, and in the last 5 years for all my needs. The staff are very professional, and efficient. I phone them and they deliver to my door. They are diligent at reminding me of prescriptions soon to expire, and very COVID appropriate. Once, I asked if they had a particular item I couldn't find, and they apologized for being out. I came in a few weeks later for some other purchase, and the clerk came out, saying "Oh, Mr. Young, we have the thing you were looking for" and pointed me to it. You don't get that in CVS.

Inconsiderate and unknowledgeable of medical conditions, the owner is rude and impatient. The only decent and knowledgeable person there is their son so on the bright side the business will be in good hands for the future

They are our neighborhood pharmacy and we love them. We haven't had the experiences that others describe at all. They're always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure we get the prescriptions we need. They've been terrific during covid, with free delivery. They're small, so they don't have all of the non-prescription items you'd get at a CVS, but they also know who we are and go out of their way for us. Parking right in front is generally easy.

The specifically medical care is good and they have a good range of services to help manage prescriptions, and will work hard to help line things up. Recently they worked with me to get prepackaged meds (a great feature) back on track on short notice. Unfortunately can not be counted on for availability. Supposedly open until 8pm (and if one calls to confirm they will say "yes, yes, every weekday until 8") but I was there before then today and they had already shut everything down. Locked the door in my face, wouldn't look me in the eye but finally said "we closed early" (obviously), and by 7:56pm was already in her car driving off, except she wouldn't until I walked away from trying to call and leave a message, I guess assuming her business was in some danger from someone daring to try to do business during business hours? Transferred my prescriptions from the big national chain, thought I would get better service. By and large it is, but I suggest that if you want to close your business early if it's "not busy", change the Web site to say "closes at 7:30pm or 8 if we're busy". For customers, if you have to go out of your way to get there or if your medications are important to your health, I would suggest calling each and every time you go to pick up, waiting to speak with a person, and confirm when they will be open until on that particular day. Get a verbal commitment and you should be good. They've never outright lied to me directly.

We have used Inman pharmacy for years for my moms meds and they are able to fill in blister packs which is a huge benefit. Great local business!
