Landmark Kendall Square Cinema is a popular local theater known for showing independent films, foreign movies, and Oscar nominees, alongside mainstream features. The theater has recently undergone renovations, offering larger leather seats that are comfortable, although seat size varies across screens. It is praised for its reasonable ticket prices and concessions, which include food and drinks that are quick and of good quality. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing good service and easy parking with validation options. While the theater does not have an IMAX screen, it is considered one of the best in Boston for its film selection and high-quality viewing experience. The theater's atmosphere is enhanced by spacious seating and a cozy decor, making it a favorite for many moviegoers. However, some visitors note that the sound quality can sometimes be quiet or bleed from other screens, which can detract from the experience. The restroom is located on the second floor, and the concession stand has expanded its offerings recently. Overall, Landmark Kendall Square Cinema offers a comfortable, affordable, and diverse movie experience, making it a top choice for film enthusiasts in the area.
comfortable seats, but audio system is lacking for a movie theater, otherwise great experience.

It’s ok. If you live in Kendall then it’s convenient. It’s easily the worst theater in the area and is really run down. Sad to see it go as many cinemas are closing since the industry is dying

Small theater with good recliners, but they're chipping. Food's alright, but reasonably priced.
