This is one of the best banks .I have had very good experiences with this bank.The staff are very polite and welcoming. The manager Mark is very kind and personable. I have had great experience with one of the workers called Freddie.He is very kind and worked above and beyond to help me wirh all my banking needs.I like the atmosphere and will recommend Leader bank Cambridge Central square to anyone.

Got our mortgage through Leader Bank as soon as we closed we were passed off to Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS). No communication beforehand, just suddenly getting bombarded by terrible customer service calls and demands for very personal information. Reached out to Leader Bank to figure out what's going on - "Oh yeah - you're now going to work with SLS ..." Five years later - it's still an awful experience and not at all aligned with what was sold to us by Leader Bank. SLS makes payments needlessly difficult, removing the PMI filled with unnecessary hurdles despite meeting contracted benchmarks, and cannot talk to a person to get support. Wish we never went with Leader Bank.

it was a nice local bank, and then things started to go south...a) online banking locks you out on the regular basis and the only way around is to call a number which doesn't work 24 hours, there is no online option to reset (i ran out of password combinations) b) they change rules on the financial products (Zeugma account or kids savings) and not only don't communicate them to you, it takes 6 months of requests to get someone to look into this (have two kids, same kid account, but only one was getting interest) c)reached out several times to the bank to figure out the best financial products for us -- we have Zrent, kids savings, etc -- instead of figure out specifics for us, they send us a overcomplex brochure of different products
