Bought spectacles from a different store online and they weren't quite comfortabl. LensCraftets adjusted it and now it's perfect. Not only was it free, but they also helped clean my lense.

Lost one of the screws of my sunglasses right inside the bathroom of the mall so I figured I had to say bye to them but my friend told me to get inside and ask if maybe they could fixed them. A lovely lady welcomed us and got the sunglasses and went inside to check if maybe she could find a solution. She came back with them fixed and didn’t even charged me for it. She even got the other screw tightened and cleaned the lenses. Such a great service after a random incident.

I had an excellent experience! Not only were the staff patient, kind, and helpful, but my appointment with Dr. Weaver helped me to understand my prescription and needs better than I ever have before. From start to finish, I had an informative and pleasant time. I cannot recommend the folks I worked with enough! Dr. Weaver, Anna, Neil, and Philipe all helped to make my first eye appointment in too long a wonderful experience! (I hope I got everyone's names right)

The attendant was really nice and sweet, she fixed my glasses for free. I went to ask how much was to fix the nose pad in my glasses and she fixed it and she also fixed the temple. Very good place!

With insurance, the prescription glasses came out to be $400 in the store but $114 when I purchased the same frames online. Seems like they did not apply my insurance when I tried to purchase the item in the store despite them saying they did.

I was very pleased with the professional and knowledgeable Cody at the Cambridge Side Galeria Mall for helping me with a nice pair of Ray Ban prescription transition progresive lens eyeglasses. Complex lens prescriptions require a little bit of a learning curve and he did a great job in explaining the nuances.

I have been visiting this location for some time. One of the biggest reasons why I come here is because of one of your employees, Neil. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I ordered a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses and I’m extremely pleased with his service and the product. Please recognize his efforts and how lucky you are to have him as an employee.
