I hadn't been to this store in a while and was so excited to pick up my purchase, but the manager here was just too rude and even hostile to ever come back. Wow. I would suggest others use other apple stores in the Boston area.

Ready go helpers at apple mean really good had my phone screen glass break , then 2010had my screen case cracked . Then. Had my watch crack didn't have my apple warranty . 2016 They explained with 6 employees before I walked out they gave me cheapest way to get my glass fixed they explained ways & told me that it takes like 3 weeks 1 week ship to watch & 1 week to send it back . 1 week for them to fix. Hint only thing is get your ticket stamped at once . For 3 bucks instead of $5.00 per hour I think . Cheesecake didn't ask me about buying sr I or anything else . They didn't ask me if I'm customer or not . They just validate your ticket . I think beer world does it . As well

I've been a customer of the Apple Store Cambridgeside for many years, and I've by in large had a positive experience - - in sales and service - - at this store. Most recently, I had a really positive experience at the Apple Store Cambridgeside. I interacted with several staff, each in different roles, and, in particular, with several "Geniuses" from the Genius Bar; the staff seemed determined to help. I had to leave my computer for service, and that process was efficient and seamless, my computer was repaired to "new condition;" my experience was flawless. There appeared to be a very positive synergy, customer-centric, amonst the Apple Store Cambridgeside employees.

Worst customer service. Went to buy an iPhone 11, and they look me like an idiot. Extremely rude and judgmental. Like excuse me, I want to buy an iPhone, not trying to beg you to sell it to me. Understand that everyone has a long day. But literally, my mom and I got treated like sh**. Overall, I'd recommend Apple Store Boylston street.

Really poor customer service and overall experience here. They were unwilling to help me fix/ resolve my computer problem even though the issue was caused by a manufacturers computer defect. They gave me a hefty quote on replacing (to be expected) and said "the system wouldn't give them any other solutions to help" I would avoid this apple store and go elsewhere.

Went to upgrade my iPhone today. This was my first time going to the Apple store vs Verizon. Wow... talk about night and day difference in experience... Apple was amazing. Harry helped me-very knowledgeable. Brilliant, non-pushy staff who give a care, seek to find answers (and have them or will quickly find out) and clean, smooth easy process. Just goes to show you why places that are run like Apple, Wegman's etc thrive: they have standards and systems in place. If I had gone to Verizon m, like I have in the past, I am certain I would have had the 22yr old employee who was either clueless, disinterested or distracted by either his or her own phone and/or other customers coming in w/ questions. Always going to Apple from this point forward!!

The worst apple store service. Actually no service.it seems that the people working there only work special section of the store. Watch people only seems to work watch section. The door person only works the door. I was kind of surprised at how bad the customer service was for an apple store Today I will go to Prudentials apple store for better service.

Terrible customer service! They make everything the customer's problem, and don't try to help you! While still busting up there once great customer service and experience, I brought my MacBook Pro in for a much-needed ram upgrade. I was told I had to wait two or three hours to speak to a technician, rather than just leave the MacBook there until they can start working on it. Paperwork they said, even though I offered to sign all needed paperwork in exchange for being allowed to leave my machine there for them to service at their convenience. It is a stain on this companies' reputation for them to force me, the customer, to wait around and lug my 15" machine back and forth instead of leaving it there to receive their customer care. After waiting for two hours, I was told to bring my business elsewhere when they informed me that my machine was too old to work on. Terrible customer experience, I will never view them the same way again. Sincerely, Disappointed.

I was trying to pick my order up and forgot to bring my passport. I've been trying to prove to the guy who talks to me by logging in my App Store and show all my other IDs (school IDs for each year) and asked if I find a photo of my passport is that fine and he rejected all of them. Half years ago I picked up my air pods in the store in Boylston Street, Boston, yes I just showed my photo of my passport and that worked out. Idk why is apple's policy being so inflexible or is just this guy being unkind, but yeah I did waste my money for transportation and thank you so much.

I want to give a good review to my friend Friks over at Macy's in the Cambridgeside Galleria Mall. This man is been nice and offering good customer service since I been going into the store. Whenever He see me comes and greets me all the time. I mean always giving me samples and I don't even have to ask him. I was there this sat with my mom, daughter and I. He was generous that he give samples to me, mom and my daughter. Such a great guy and does awesome business.

Very poor attitude. I bought a bag in store and ask them to send it to my house. The package got lost. When I tried to call the staff, it first took a very long process to find the right department to talk to. Then, when I called back to follow up on the progress, the staff was very impatient. I guess if you want to buy something at Macy you would better be lucky, otherwise you have to deal with poor customer services.

This Macy's has a lot of variety and seems like the men's section had much better sales than the women's. I was able to pick up some winter essentials for my husband at a really great price, only to find I didn't check the gloves in the store and there is a hole in them. Ugh. But I think I can sew it up! Was hoping for more variety in the women's clothing but it is between seasons and normally there is a lot more to choose from.
