Called to inquire about his services and was disappointed to find that he is fairly rude and dismissive. He ended up asking me for personal information instead and then refusing to answer my questions over the phone, until i filled in a survey for him.

The most responsive customer service I've had anywhere, and this distinguishes Dave Miller CPA from others I've checked into. Liam was on top of everything, made things clear and overall very helpful plus excellent attitude. Very friendly and accommodating. As a former business owner I'm so impressed. I almost never review things, but this cried out for positive recognition.
At first I was a bit put off by the all-digital format, but it turned out to be the perfect fit for my needs (I'm in CA handling the tax records for my sister in MA).
All at a reasonable price - need I say we will be repeat customers?

Honestly, it's an expense to have Miller CPA represent you, but it's a non negotiatable imo. You want your taxes done right? This is your CPA. Just love love love love our CPA. Liam is so amazing! Everything about this tax agency is done right. David is so amazing!! We had the most amazingly complicated taxes, David and Liam made sure we knew the cost and the experience to expect. My wife and I have worked with David for the last four years. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable! My expectations for professional services is usually too high, but David has always exceeded it. Over the last few years, David has been quick too answer complicated questions and also saved us money on our filings. I couldn't recommend his practice any more highly!
