Terribly slow service. Waited for 1.5 hr for a vaccine shot I ALREADY booked although there were only 3 customers before me.

I did not have to wait long to meet with the practitioner for my vaccine appt. She was very knowledgeable, kind and efficient with explaining after care for the vaccines I received. I would 10/10 recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had an appointment at 6:10pm, was waiting for over an hour (with no communication) patients that show up after me were seeing First, again wish no explaining. When I finally decided to ask the lady had no idea of what I needed or how do what I “schedule an appointment for”. I led because I noticed she had no idea of what I was talking about Wich to me is pretty simple. I was getting a health screening because my job requested me to do it once a year. HORRIBLE experience.

Let me start by saying that the doctor was lovely. The problem is the organization, they quoted one price over the phone, charged me a higher price when we were there and then charged me 30 dollars 2 weeks later because there was an addition mistake on the invoice!!! I will never use their minute clinic again.

I came for a strep test and found out I did not have strep. Rachel, the NP, was very thorough in our discussions. I left feeling like I understood my symptoms and what to do about it. My insurance covered the visit.

Only had to wait maximum 5 min for my appointment. I had Rachel as my NP who was lovely and very helpful. The appointment was very quick, and I was able to receive my medicine the same day! Would definitely come here again.

This minute Clinic is my go to place for all my vaccinations. Both my husband and I have been there for five years.A good location , lots of parking, easy to schedule appointments, the staff is friendly and professional.

I was initially quite happy with the service I received in Clinton, MA from Ablan Berko.She assured that my first two vaccines were covered by insurance. I inquired about getting Typhoid and she assured me it would be covered as well.Then I got a bill for over 130 dollars with little to no help from the admin folks.It really just feels like being cheated and extorted. I would go out of my way to never use them again and would advise that you do the same.

If you need a PPD skin (TB) test this location is great. I made an appointment for the same and was in an out in 10min. Courteous staff as well. 10/10 recommended!

Do not go to this minute clinic. I've scheduled 2 appointments there, They couldn't find my appointment yesterday and didn't have time (after leaving work to make it) so I rescheduled for today and arrived this morning for my appointment (time off work again) & they tell me while I'm standing there waiting for 20 minutes that the clinic is closed because the person called in sick ! no notification was given to me no text telling me the appointment was canceled nothing. I will never go to CVS Minute clinic again...
