Montrose Spa is a small convenience store and deli that functions like a gourmet store with a solid selection of basic groceries and essentials. It is a cornerstone of the local community, known for its extremely delicious and very reasonably priced homemade sandwiches, including Italian subs and a 10/10 bacon egg and cheese. The bread is fresh, and the meats and cheeses are done correctly. The market also offers a good and amazing selection of high-end ice cream, treats, drinks, snacks, fruits, vegetables, herbal teas, breads, crackers, and freezer food at reasonable prices. The family-run store has a nice atmosphere with wonderful, friendly, and pleasant people working there. It is always busy, and calling ahead is recommended.

my absolute favorite place in the area! all the employees are incredibly nice and welcoming, makes me feel part of the larger mass ave community! sandwiches are super yummy as well, i love the buffalo chicken especially! they always have exactly what i need, and i often find myself going several times a day!
