This is a nice little bank with capable employees. I only deposited some money using the Shared Branch feature of credit unions but I got a good impression of this bank as it seemed very homey and unique

This place needs to hire more bilingual tellers. My dad has had many difficulties with tellers not understanding what he needs done because of the language barrier. My dad is portuguese & speaks broken English and even then no one understands. But on a better note, there's always extra help to solve the problem & tellers who know my dad for a long time that step in to help one another but even so, more languages at naveo would be helpful for everyone.

This bank is a rip off! Charging you a lot of fees that even if you not the one on fauL they wont hear your situation. All that matters to them is $$$! Poor customer service, poor management. Only good with their own people! Showing off that they care for community l but totally not. You want yo be ripped off? This definitely the place to go!

My husband had a problem with the ATM machine malfunction, it punching the wrong amount and it spit out the money and I took it back in. He went in complaint with the manager but the manager be cruel to him, not even help and even say to him that you "f**k" yourself! What kind of manager is that?! (The new guy) People who live on disability paycheck tried to stand up for themselves couldn't even get help from the bank! Is it difficult to go back to check the ATM bank's records?! With other banks you just fill out the dispute form and everything will be taken care of! No Thumb up for this one!

I'm finished with these folks. I've had an account for years, since it was CPCU. Since Naveo took over, I'm paying more fees and putting up with too much BS. TWICE now, they've screwed up my account while I was traveling and froze my funds, leaving me in foreign countries with no access to my money. I forgave the first time since they did try to fix it quickly, but this time, forget it.
