The consultation was very thorough, and the staff person very gracious and knowledgeable. We felt that we were fully informed and able to choose medications with confidence.

This place is a scam. Find another provider. They do not accept insurance, charge $100 for the visit, and charge $200 per vaccine. BEWARE!

I was charged $480 for just a yellow fever vaccine. I online search the average cost is $170. I should go to Walgeen Pharmcy.

The nurse who saw me was very knowledgeable. She recommended the vaccinations I would need on my trip and made some suggestions about OTC meds I might want to take.

We were pleased that this office was available on Saturday. We were assisted promptly and our appointment took about 90 minutes. Our consultant was very knowledgeable and honest. We were provided a folder with detailed personalized documents for our travel requirements. We were aware that health insurance does not cover travel vaccines, but were surprised to pay approximately $1000 per person. Other than that, we were happy with the service provided!

Scam/price gouging. First, I had to wait outside in the cold because the front door was locked. Then, I went upstairs and got a sales pitch on a bunch of overpriced medications and bug sprays. Then, I was told my trip requires a yellow fever vaccine, upon further research, I don't even need it because I will only be transiting through Panama and not leaving the transit area. Lastly, they wanted to charge $375 for a yellow fever vaccine, which I found elsewhere for $150 (and didn't even need anyways). The best part was that I had to pay $89 for a consultation that wasn't even accurate ... avoid this place like the plague

If you have any decent insurance DO NOT GO HERE. You have to pay out of pocket for everything and they charge you significantly more for vaccines that you could get at CVS or Walgreens (which may already be covered by your insurance). There is no prescriber on site, so you have to schedule a phone consult with an NP during your visit, which is likely to be scheduled for a different day. Wish I had known all of this in advance, as I would not have booked an appointment. Can't believe my PCP at Harvard Vanguard referred me here. Such a scam.

STAY AWAY I just called inquiring for the turn around time for a travel pcr results and the female who I was conversing with said it could be 72hours to 7 days which made no sense at allI informed her that I'm a check in agent at the airport and and most regulations are not more than 72 hours for admissible travelII

Unfortunately I read the reviews too late. Go to MGH travel clinic or anywhere else instead because Passport Health's website does not disclose the additional fees or travel consultations required. The travel consultation is a scam to charge additional fees, but the fees are not the issue. The issue is you cannot get a yellow fever vaccine without the travel consultation but they do not disclose that anywhere. If you are using them last minute, you could absolutely have interruptions in your travel plans. Do not make appointments online without speaking to them live because they charge these additional fees, they do not offer refunds when you learn about the additional fees, despite the false advertising and lack of disclosure. Unfortunately I made an appointment Sunday for a Tuesday appointment to receive yellow fever vaccines for my family. I called Monday am and learned that, despite wasting an hour online filling out our complete medical history, Passport Health requires a "consultation" prior to a yellow fever shot. I am not sure when they would have told us that because all it said on the website was to fill out the online medical history to save time at the clinic. I did that but when I called, I learned about the required consultation. If you have any other alternative whatsoever, do not do business with Passport Health and seek out other options. My experience online and in speaking with them live was absolutely terrible. It is unfortunate to find unscrupulous companies online with a lack of ethics.
