Horrible service. Unfriendly staff both at the customer service and at the store. Bad attitude. Not willing to help find the product. Don’t go to this store!

Such under trained, ridiculously rude employees running the grooming salon, it’s unbelievable.
Went for a simple nail trimming and paw pad shaving, came out wondering why I ever chose Petsmart grooming. The lady said my dog was too loud and overstimulated- ok understood. I asked what happened and which paws were done, the employee couldn’t explain without getting defensive. Called her manager who physically closed the door and said “you will not go in there” when asked can you confirm what exactly was done to the dog.
Until now, according to the manager- paw pads and trimming was done. According to the employee- only back nails trimmed??
Not going back there even if it was just once for a nail trim. Dog has never had issues with other groomers anyway.

The groomer was absolutely terrible. They used a slip lead on a husky (not even my dog) that caused it to choke and cough. When I interviened, the staff said the lead was meant to choke the dog which while true should be used with a front paw. Do not go here. Your dog may die.

Visited on Saturday December 14th and almost all of the betta fish were dead. The ones still alive looked to be on death's door. Absolutely horrible and inexcusable.

I would not recommend the grooming salon here.
I brought my dog for a bath and brush, and I confirmed with the bather that they would be able to trim his paws. I also added a premium package where they were meant to trim and file his nails.
The grooming salon forgot to trim one of the paws and I don’t think they clipped or filed any of his nails at all.
I also noticed that his eyes were super red after I picked him up. My dog has had regular groomings for 4 years and I have never picked him up with him having bloodshot eyes before.
For $76, I think it’s worth finding a smaller or more attentive grooming salon to take care of your pet.

We have been bringing our dog for grooming here for the last 2 years. Yesterday, the groomer absolutely destroyed his beautiful long coat. He is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with amazing long hair. The groomer literally ran a trimmer all over his body - random places near the ear, trimmed everything from his rear, totally trimmed his front mane, made his tail shorter. It all looks disproportionate now - as if someone sheared him like a sheep. My gf wanted to cry after I brought him back.
This is absolutely despicable to hire random employees with no expertise and charge $90. Never returning to this place for grooming ever again - you 100% lost a customer, pretty sure that won’t make a difference. Owners please ensure you only stick with your trusted groomer.

Poor job, I took my dog for a haircut. When I picked him up he looked exactly the same. They didn’t even dry him, he was wet and they didn’t even clean his eyes. I am pretty sure they mistreated him because he was extremely anxious when I picked him up which had never happened before. They didn’t even brush him, he was left with all the small knots. Extremely disappointed. Their excuse was that he would not stop moving which is a lie since he’s been groomed before and there were never complaints. I recommend to save your money and to not come here.

Awful place. I would never ever bring my pups to this place again. They mishandle pups in grooming. The grooming staff are rude and they are over priced.

Great pet store. Lots of knowledge of all pets. Melissa as a dog trainer is the best. Super training for my dog.
