I have lived in an apt managed by platinum realty for a few months now and it’s been great. Matt Weicker, who handles maintenance requests, has always been prompt and responsive. A few days ago my hot water broke and someone came out to fix it the next day, by the time I got home from work it was all working again.

Our condo association switched over to Platinum Realty in February 2024. Well, we switched over. We had quite a few capital projects that needed to be completed and in the past, we had to do most of the work ourselves now that we have Platinum Realty we have experts who are making sure that we get the best price and the best contractors for Capital needs projects. Whenever we contact Platinum, they’re very quick at getting back to us and they’re very quick at getting us quotes that we can review before we before we choose a contractor. As the reader you may or may not know it’s very difficult getting quotes from contractors because they’re very busy, but Platinum has been very good at getting those quotes and getting those quotes to us. Matt W has been exceptional in his role as the physical property manager. He knows all of our needs and is very efficient at getting us the information we need so the board can make the final decision. He has a lot of experience and property management and also gives us his personal opinion when we’re having trouble making a decision. We’re very happy that we switched over to Platinum Realty and anyone that’s looking at this company as their management company should take a good look because they’re worth it!

I could not be happier with Platinum Realty Group. Matt and Tim have been extremely prompt, professional, and fair in all communications and interactions that I've had with them.
I'm especially grateful to Matt for quickly replacing my garbage disposal this morning. He came at very short notice, arrived exactly when he said he would, and the disposal is working beautifully now.

I really like Platinum Realty, they have been extremely attentive to all our needs while we are leasing. Matt will go above and beyond to make sure everything in the house is working properly even when we had headwinds because of inclement weather.
