Super educated and helpful guy! I shopped around other places before landing at Professional Geeks but the other stores either couldn’t fix my screen or wanted to charge the cost of a new laptop (MicroCenter)! I had broken my laptop screen and I’m very grateful Grant was able to finally repair my screen at a very good price. He was also super patient is walking me through the details of the repair.

Grant is terrific--he has fixed my laptop several time recently, including retrieving a lost contacts file and diagnosing a problem (slow computer) that required removing and then replacing all the software. I cannot understand critical reviews. He has always been friendly, incredibly responsive (same day--"bring it in"), and efficient. He is also mindful of costs/time and does not do work that is not necessary. For example, when my computer did not turn on, I called Grant and he told me about a 30 second fix that worked without my having to bring the laptop in. It is a great source of comfort to know that Grant is available to deal with the inevitable laptop problems in a manner that is friendly, timely and cost-effective. I recommend him enthusiastically.

Grant is the best computer tech specialist! I have made 3 purchases of lightly used computers for general use. He’s thorough, answers questions for those of us not as skilled as some who are more dependent upon their computers for work related projects. He’s only a few miles away and always accommodating and professional. I recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for computer services.

I have consulted Grant for both of my computers. In each case he was quick, knowledgeable, cost efficient and incredibly reliable in follow up and answering my d*** questions (with which he showed great patience). He also saved me considerable sums of money by giving honest and direct advice concerning components, anti-virus program recommendations and also internet providers and what they offer. His repairs were completed ahead of schedule and the prices always reflected what he quoted in advance. Highly recommended (as I have done to other friends, who had similar experiences to mine).

I told them that I had opened my computer myself and they would not even help me. Absolutely disrespectful conduct, I would not trust a business that did that with my computer.
