Sennott Park is a large, beautiful, and clean park located close to Central Square. It is a great spot for people watching, dog walking, picnics, and playing with kids or pets. The park offers a solid playground with a spinner, slide, little tables, and a playhouse. It features basketball courts with glass backboards and single rims, along with a space for ball play and a working out area. Amenities include a little free library, a water fountain, plenty of benches, and a porta-potty. While parking is difficult, it is an excellent destination for walking, biking, and group gatherings.
Good place to gather with my church to meet people and invite them to join us.

I love this park! I love most parks, actually. This one is close to Central Square but a little off the beaten path. Great people watching, dog walking, picnics, and it appears that quite a few school and fitness groups meet there.
